Customers can cancel their subscription to QRrank at any time. To cancel, they must log in to their account and follow the cancellation instructions provided.
If a customer cancels their subscription before the end of their current billing cycle, they will not be charged for the next billing cycle. However, they will not receive a refund for the current billing cycle.
If a customer believes they have been charged in error or would like to request a refund, they should contact customer support within 30 days of the charge. Refunds will be granted at the discretion of QRrank and will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase within 5-7 days.
QRrank reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any subscription at any time for any reason. If QRrank terminates a subscription, the customer will receive a prorated refund for any unused portion of the subscription.
